Mathen Realty Services LLC is a real estate management company founded in 2014 by Henry Erlich and Matthew Rooney. However, for more than 20 years Mr. Erlich and Mr. Rooney have been involved in multi-family and condominium association management in projects of various sizes and classes throughout the Midwestern United States.

Combined, they have managed a portfolio of over $200 million in assets for a syndicate of sophisticated real estate investors. Responsibilities have included, staffing, capital improvements, budgeting, investor and lender reporting, real estate tax review and property inspections.

Besides having extensive experience in business operations, Mr. Erlich and Mr. Rooney consult on leasing strategies, asset renovation and new technology applications. They also perform asset valuation/underwriting, acquisition/disposition analysis, and due diligence assessment.
